Can I cancel my order?

Yes.There are two types of order cancellation:
  1.  Canceling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 1 day.
  2. Canceling a Paid Order: If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

How do I check the order status and track my order?

After placing your order, log in to My Account to check its status. You'll find updates on processing, shipping, and delivery. For any questions, contact us via email or online chat. We're here to provide excellent service.

Can I make changes to the order?

 To ensure order accuracy, we'll send a confirmation email for review. You can communicate any changes within the specified time. Orders are processed after confirmation or within 12 hours. Changes after processing may not be possible due to schedule and material constraints. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you throughout the process. How can I measure myself?

We provide a size chart and a "How to Measure" guide on each product page. Alternatively, you can check out our size guide for detailed instructions on measuring yourself. Please take your time to measure accurately, as this will ensure that the products you receive fit your body perfectly.

Can we have the dress slightly altered?

If you want the dress with personality, we can help to alter the dress a bit for you, please contact us online or email us your ideas, we will try the best to meet your request.

How to Care & Storage or Cleaning & Ironing?

Care & Storage:
  • Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.
  • Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
  • If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.
Cleaning & Ironing:
  • Do not wash
  • Do not dry clean
  • Professional spot clean only
  • Steam iron the dress at a low temperature

Return&Refund

What is your return/exchange process?

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please go to My Orders or contact our Customer Service to initiate a return within 14 days upon receipt. Our after-sales department will handle the issue.

I returned the dress, when can i receive the refund?

We will arrange the refund upon receiving the dress you return. Generally, you will have the refund in about 3-5 days.

Where should i return my dress?

You need to contact our service team to get a return form before you return the items. Please don’t return it to the address on the parcel.

Can I return a custom-made dress?

Unfortunately custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable. These dresses are tailor made to your exact specifications therefore they cannot be resold.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, follow the "Forgotten Password" instructions. For security reasons, we cannot email your password directly. Instead, you will receive a reset link via email. Click on the link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, please contact us, and our technology department will manually reset it for you.

Is it necessary to be a member to make a purchase?

You can place an order as a guest, but having an account offers added benefits. It makes order tracking, saving frequent addresses, and submitting tickets easier. Creating an account only takes a minute, so feel free to sign up.

How can I change the email address associated with my account?

To ensure the security of your account, you cannot directly change the registered email address. However, you can inform us of the new email address you want to use, and we will update it for you in our records and order status.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Please double check if the email address and password you put is correct. If you still can't sign in to your account, please contact our Customer Service team with your account information and details of your issue. They will liaise with our technical team to help resolve it.
